Brief: To re-design & refurbish a run down, badly configured terraced Cottage in Wimbledon

Problem areas: To access the rear first floor bathroom through either bedroom, restricts space use & privacy in bedrooms; heating system condemned & bathroom unusable.

Solution: Installing a new kitchen, bathroom & heating system; redecoration throughout – including painting ground floor boards to encourage light into the North facing rear of the property; and fitting a new open plan staircase in the opposite direction to create a first floor corridor, separating the bedrooms from access to the rear bathroom.
